While my New Year celebration takes place in September, when hunting seasons open, I do understand that much of society looks upon January First as the New Year. I plan to keep tradition, a tradition I've held since I gave up drinking back in '96, and thats get to bed early, and greet the sunrise on January 1 in the field hunting. Only missed on day in all those years due to a severe ice storm.
Hope all the party animals don't miss me too much, but then again, who cares.
