Carbon Arrows out of my selfbow?
I currently use carbon shafts out of my selfbows, I was currently told that I should only use wood arrows out of my selfbows. Just wondering if I should switch to wood shafts or not, was told the carbon shafts are hard on selfbows. thanks

Never heard of this, who told you this? are they a big fan of wood arrows and a stoic for true traditional archery.
I use carbon and aluminum, used wood once I think, they had a tendency to split quicker and took less to shatter as opposed to using carbon and aluminum....
Hope this helps...

Never heard of that. I use carbons in both longbow and recurve. I shoot indoor, 3-d and hunt with them.
