From Whitetail to Elk?

Post by kleetus on Wed Jan 23, 2013 12:10 am

I am going to hunt elk this fall for the first time. I have been hunting deer for many years and would like to know if anyone has some good advice as far as whether I should go to a heavier arrow and broadhead, or can I use the same set up as I do for deer? I am currently shooting Carbon Express Terminator 4560, with 100 grain Thunderhead fixed blade broadheads. My bow is a Browning compound bow. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and God Bless.
