I hope that everyone is doing well. Created this a couple days ago, input welcome.  New bow setup for this year. Shoulders are shot, trad days, sadly, are over. More on that later. However, the show must go on, lol!

Well done, very creative I would say. Shooting fobs? I've seen them on you tube but never tried them. Do you like them?

Thank you. I REALLY like them! Always thought they were interesting. Now that I've tried them, it's what I will use from now on.

Thanks guys. I have been struggling with bad shoulder joints for quite a while. They have progressively gotten worse, to the point that I finally had to see a DR. about them.
Just chronic wear & tear of heavy weight lifting. Pretty painful, and drawing/holding a recurve has been harder and harder.

I've been letting my shoulders rest, and am hoping the compound will be easier on my joints.

Cool logo but why hurt the leaf man? Laughing What do you plan on doing with the logo? I never had a personal logo so clueless about it.

First time I see a 'fob' also.

Hey man, you gotta let go of those heavy weights. Sorry to hear that happened though. When i played ball I was religious about my shoulders for throwing/pitching. I was told by a doctor when I was young that I would get to a point I would not be able to throw anymore. So I started reading books and found great exercises with 5lb weights which strengthen the little muscles and tendons that connect everything. Here is a link with pictures:

Also just doing a daily routine without weights of arm circles, and variations without rest, you will burn and strengthen. I rather hope your shoulder heavy lifting days are done but with these routines that your traditional days stay for a long time.
