I've always been a Hoyt guy. I was one of the people that said I would never buy Matthews because all of the hype and advertising was just crazy. I went in with an open mind this year and did not even pay attention to the brand of bow I was shooting. After shooting a bunch of bows I ended up buying the Matthews no cam HTR. This bow is so smooth and easy to hold it is pathetic. I love the bow so far. If you have not tried one you should do so. Yes they shoot a little slower than most bows but not enough to matter. I also bought a Hoyt Nitrum and like it as well but not as good of as the No Cam.

Been wanting to shoot one of those, good to know it lives up to what Matthews says. I have had a few Matthews bows, still have the Reezen. That has been my favorite by far, I still think its better than some of the later models like the Z7 & Monster. I'll probably wait another year or so before I think about buying a No-Cam tho, I usually do that with bows just so I can get a better price.

I did also buy a Hoyt Nitrum . I am enjoying shooting both of them.
