So I'm side lined for a few weeks with a knee problem, but I've still got my camera. For all you lucky folks out there tagging deer, here's an alternative method for making jerky with your game. Good Hunting to you all this fall!

Glad you all enjoyed this, and hope you have a great season. My knee is coming along, I've still got a bunch of misgivings about how it's going to work with the climber. Still going to be a week or so before I even think about that, after my re-evaluation by the doctor. I am going to do what I must to avoid surgery at all costs, even if that means ground hunting when I do get back in the woods.
