Re: Lighted Nocks
I have used lumenoks and nockturnals. I had a nockturnal actually blow when i shot at a deer in november I have not used them since. The lumenocks I have had go out after hitting the deer and they don't take too well to a bit of rain.

Re: Lighted Nocks
Used Tracer Nocks and Lumenoks.
Did not like having to move/wiggle my nocks to turn them off.....but they are the brightest.
Tracers are great to use.....love the blink option......you just need a magnet to activate them.....which works fine you just have to mount it.

Re: Lighted Nocks
I used to use Lumenocks. They only worked half the time for me. Usually shutting off when stopping in the dirt.
Now I just use a reflective wrap.

Re: Lighted Nocks
Lighted nocks are a byproduct of FLIMING. As bows got faster and faster. When filming they could'nt always get the arrow on film. Now you diffewrntly can't. A camera man I can't remember his name invert it. At lest he said he had the patten. I know this because I was at a bow only sikia camp near CANBRIDGE MD.
This guy had two protypes and was going to use them on the first animals. He said his camera man came up with the idea. At leasts that what he said.
He did'nt kill a stag (sikia) I'm not sure how or maybe he's started the lumenock companty or he sold the patten who knows.
But they had everyones atention there thats for sure.
Put at the time he never said anything about being able to see where the animal was hit. Just that the camer come see it.
