Where to start for Whitetail Empty Where to start for Whitetail

Post by futuredoc Sun Dec 09, 2012 8:00 pm

Hey to anyone who may be reading this forum. I'm new to Idaho since June 2012. I'm a southeasterner (GA) who moved to Boise for work. I love bowhunting whitetails and understand there are some monsters on public land here. Can anyone give me advice on where to start? Unit? Terrain? I've read a lot about the animals being up high on ridges, not down in the farmland like I would have thought. If you don't want to share openly then please email.

thanks,

Kendall
