Re: If you have Hunting Oklahoma Questions ,Ask Me ....and I will do
Does anyone know of any bow hunting areas with a lot of flooded area looking for places or areas that are hard to get to, arras that i would need waders or small boat . Not really needing anyone's secret spot or anything just some general areas. I have been trying to look at the lake areas in southern Oklahoma. But from the looks of the maps and the lakes I have Been to and checked out everything Is easier to access than what I'm looking for.

ftshooter, I will be heading to Oklahoma this fall and have decided on James Collins WMA. Can you tell me anything about the terrain, hunting pressure and deer quality there? I will be there from Nov 1st to the 16th. Thank you in advance.

Re: If you have Hunting Oklahoma Questions ,Ask Me ....and I will do
I have an additional question....I was reading through the Oklahoma hunting regulations yesterday and am a bit confused by the license requirements for non residents. Do non residents need to purchase a general hunting license and a deer archery license or just the deer archery license? The regulations state clearly what is needed for residents but non residents requirements seem to be a bit vague. Also, where can licenses/tags be purchased?
