I "scouted" Riverside WMA today. I had my wife, 18 month old daughter and 2 week old son with me. I never got more than 100 ft from the truck. It was 3 pm and 84 degrees. We saw 8 deer! 6 does and 2 fawns. Come on September 7th and get here! I can't say enough about the state of Maryland's public hunting access and how fortunate I am to be stationed here. After growing up in Florida and having to work so hard to find a public place to hunt tiny deer, this is heaven!
