August 1 Deadline For Fall Turkey

Put in my application online this morning. Never applied for fall turkey before, but I do see them while bowhunting, so why not have a tag for them. Plus the season is from 9/15-11/14. I can hunt early in new areas that I have not scouted for deer and if I find some hot deer activity I can maybe get a new spot out of it. The more reasons to get in the woods the better. Plus I hunt spring turkey out here so I know that there are a ton of birds.
