Hello from Ohio

I like this venue!.
I have been bowhunting since 72 and much of that hunting has been on public land. Started in Maine and when I was 21 I went to Texas and then to Florida. After 7 years of hunting public land in Florida I moved to NY for 24 years and then to Ohio recently.
(New York has crazy good deer hunting down south!!)

Here in Ohio I have 26 stand locations on public land and building. Northeast Ohio may not have the best deer hunting in Ohio but the big guy I saw last year would make anyones day!.

Looking forward to seeing new members joining and new pictures being posted for this upcoming year!.

Welcome aboard. Sounds like you've got it figured out. I'm sure that kind of experience will be an asset for the forum.

Welcome. I've heard OH has some pretty good public land. Might have to try it someday.

Look anywhere but the northwest. Northeast has two good spots and there are plenty of good spots across the southern and central part of the state

Just found this place. Im from Mansfield. We have been bow hunting Coshocton Ohio for the past 19 years. Lots of land and little bow pressure. I sold all my BowTechs two years ago and started traditional, havent looked back. What a blast. Good luck this season.
