Hello form Maryland
Thought I would take the time to say hello to everyone and say that I'm glad to be here. I'm in my 40's and have been bow hunting since 1991. This is a great site with some wonderful ideas. Look forward to seeing what this season will bring here on the site as well as in the field. Good luck to all and be safe.

Welcome back from Maryland! Central Maryland, deer central here, where your not really allowed to hunt the sweet spots (suburbia) but we do what we can. That's where the public land comes in to play!
Re: Hello form Maryland
Thanks SlowBow, a lot of big deer killed down that way!! And your right it would be nice to fine ground the suburbia, it would only take the right 1/2 acre. Public ground is pretty good down that way I hear, have a few people I know that have hunted there.

Re: Hello form Maryland
Yeah, I messed around hunting some neighborhoods for a while, deer removal. Killed lots of deer. And we do have a few small private spots we can hunt. But the disturbance and hassles make the problems on public lands seem minimal at times, and I find myself enjoying hunting the larger public woodlands more than being covered up in half tame deer in someones backyard.
