Fellow hunter,
Could someone help me out with where I should hunt at Tar Hollow State Forest. Thanks and Happy Hunting.

Here's a link to a Google map of the area. Maybe folks can take a look at it, and help find some spots. I'm heading to work, but when time permits I will try to help find some spots too.

What jumps out at me is an area of second growth timber just east of Park Rd 3 and north of the highline/pipeline. I would scout the edge of it to see where the deer, which I am certain are bedding in there, are entering/exiting to feed.

I will definitely scout that area out with the quick and easy pipeline to feed on as well as an area where the does can be found. probably lots of activity. Have you ever hunted Tar Hollow? I wonder if its pressured a lot?

Hunted Tar Hollow this past week. No acorn crop made it a tough hunt. Next year should be good.
