Black Bear permits, season changes Empty Black Bear permits, season changes

Lottery applications for the Maryland bear season will be opening on July 14th 2014. This hunt is no longer a quota hunt, and will last four days for all successful hunters who draw a permit with a limit of one black bear per team. Teams will consist of one drawn hunter and two designated "sub-permitiees".
