Pilot Bowhunting Program in Public Parks Empty Pilot Bowhunting Program in Public Parks

Montgomery County, Maryland is implementing a pilot bowhunting program in County parks to control the deer there. While I do not necessarily agree with the stringent requirements for hunters who participate, including background checks, I thought the program notable enough to mention, as it is available to all, and happening on public lands.
