A bill has been introduced that would drastically alter Maryland's archery season, opening the first two weeks of November and the entire month of January to firearms deer hunting. This is a developing situation, and if you are a Maryland hunter, or hunt in Maryland, you should immediately become involved in blocking this attempt to destroy the archery season during the rut by the farm bureau, who's motivation is to simply eliminate deer.
