Enlisting HELP

I've posted this in the Maryland hunting section, but we need all the help we can get.

Maryland is revising it's hunting regulations, and one of the proposals is to open the archery season on Sept. 5th instead of Sept. 15th.

Anti hunters have organized a campaign to flood the comment section with anti bowhunting comments and comments opposing the earlier starting date.

If you could take 2 minutes and stop by the link below and comment that you support the earlier start date it would be immensely helpful. Please don't debate the anti's points, just offer support for the earlier opening date, and,if you want,comment on the other proposals.

The comments are open to anyone, Maryland resident or not. PLEASE HELP.

I would like to thank all that took the time to comment, and even those who were a bit late. Even in the face of an organized campaign by animal activists to oppose this extension, the mass hunter response in support of the change prevailed.

I am very pleased to announce that Marylands Archery Season has been extended 10 days and will now open on September 5th!!!

Jumped thee gun there a bit. We did get an earlier opener, but the exact date will be flexible, the first Friday after Labor day weekend, so it would be more like Sept. 7th. They are saying this was done so as not to impact non-hunting use over the Labor Day Holiday, to appease the non hunters. Still, an extra week is an extra week!
