First Public Land Kill
This is my first public land bow kill. After passing up doe after doe for the last 2 years I couldn't take it anymore and I needed more meat for the freezer! Got in the stand at 8:45 Sunday morning since there was a full moon and the deer had been moving late. She came by at 9:40 and I shot her at 20 yards. Stayed in the stand until 12:00 had a few more doe come by but no bucks. She ran about 60 yards and was down.

Awesome! Yea man, a deer is a deer and if you like to eat venison, doesn't matter if it has horns or not Great job!
I have yet to arrow a deer on public land.

Thanks guys! Had backstrap, cream cheese, and jalapeño wrapped in bacon on the grill last night! Can't beat some fresh venison poppers! Better than any meal at a restaurant.

Man next time you cook up a dish like that, by all means post up a pic! Dag gum that sounds awesome!
Re: First Public Land Kill
I took a few pics right after I threw it on the grill to brag to some friends . I put a few frog legs on there that I had in the freezer from earlier this year. Had to grill them on the little Hibachi haha. It was a great meal!
