Re: Pics From Your Tree Stand
Heres a few. I really like the web. I took that photo on the same morning I took the pic of the small buck under me. The fog lifted, and a ray of sunlight illuminated it. Believe it or not, that spiders web was about 15 yards away, and the photo was taken from my stand at about 22 feet.

Re: Pics From Your Tree Stand
First hunt of the season for me today. Just a 1/2 day morning hunt, I'm trying to hold back til the last week of this month. Then it will be daylight-dark every time, as much as possible.
Saw 3 deer 75 yds from my tree, on the walk in an over an hour before first light. That was all I saw, but an excellent, crisp fall morning in the woods! Absolutely loved it!

Re: Pics From Your Tree Stand
Found this spot by scouting online. I went to a completely new area today, and found a tree I liked. Got in the stand & setup @ 10:00 am. At 1:30pm a Magnum, 3 1/2 yr old 8 point cruises in behind me (see dots & x). He stops at the X, which is about 30 yds. Then he just walks straight away, up the hill.
2:15 pm a gangly 3 point comes down the hill 40 yds to my left, no shot opportunity. I stayed til 4pm, I was gettin pretty soaked. It was an excellent day to be in the woods
