Hello, my name is Bobby. I am newer to hunting. I've hunted for about 3 years now and I have logged over 100 hours in a tree stand this year. Now, for the bad part. I've yet to kill a deer ever! (Except a few injured deer on the side of the road) This year I have also been hunting at my dad's lease and had an opportunity to kill a fawn. I drew back on it and had a few perfect opportunities but I opted to not shoot it.(I mainly wanted the experience of lining up the shot) I am after meat after all and there is a part of me that believe's they should all have a chance to live a little. Anyways, I am here to learn. I have learned that if there are no signs.. there are no dear.. Easy as that. I am hunting on public land and hopefully things will pan out soon. I look forward to learning from everyone and eventually helping others who were stuck in my position. Any help would be appreciated!

Oh no worries.. I love being in the woods regardless. I have a pretty fast paced stressful job.. being in the woods is about my only quiet time. I know just like anything new.. at first its hard but once you do it right.. next time gets easier. Thanks for your support and great site! I know someone has already mentioned on YouTube about making more.. "hunting for dummies" videos but I would like to see it as well. People act as if we are born with this knowledge.. a detailed topo map break down would be awesome as well. Just ideas for future videos. Thanks again. Bobby
