Maryland proposes new License Fee Increase
Known as the Wildlife Management and Sustainability Act, Maryland is proposing a new license fee increase. This increase is not as substantial as the huge increase proposed last year, and includes provisions to charge non hunting users a permit fee for using WMA's and other State lands for non-hunting purposes.

Re: Maryland proposes new License Fee Increase
The communist in MN raised all of our licenses 10-30% also. Sure would like to see some results from all the extra money they keep taking from us sportsmen.

At least it is not as extreme as the one they proposed last year. That would have resulted in an almost 300% increase, raising resident hunting fees to $90.
Re: Maryland proposes new License Fee Increase
Well, it looks like this increase has passed. I guess we will be paying a bit more to enjoy our pass time here in Maryland, that is, if we are allowed to continue to own guns and hunt. It looks like the Gun Control legislation is going to be voted on here in a day or two as well, if it passes, it will be some of the most restrictive in the Nation.
