Anyone use weight tubes? Empty Anyone use weight tubes?

3 Rivers archery has some weight tubes of different weights to increase the overall weight of your arrows. Does anyone have experience with these type of weight tubes? Pros vs cons?

I ve used pieces of aluminum arrow shafts to add weight and they also protect the ends from busting they work very well
