Re: Why You Should Hunt a Wildlife Refuge
agreed a good solid hunt opportunity many overlook. Blackbeard Island hunt two times each year bow only 3 days each hunt - one in Oct - one in Dec - a lifelong favorite hunt of mine - 30% with a possible up to 50% game into camp success rate which is amazing as you know. That translates into about everyone sees game and most have a shot opportunity. Check it out and if you go this December come by our camp and say "hey".
Up the road a little is Savannah River National Wildlife Refuge which is open the entire month of October bow only for deer and hogs - beautiful huge property which is perfect for hunting feed trees in hardwood bottoms.
