Do you carry binoculars?
I have an old cheap pair that's getting hard to focus so I need to upgrade. So what do you carry?
Thanks,
Bob

I carry a set of 10x45 Bushnells on a bino buddy so they stay tight to my chest. I take them every where.

I went to BPS today and checked out the glasses and got a pair of 10X42 and a bino buddy. Sooooooooo much better than my old set. Thanks

I have a nice pair of Luepold 8x42's but never really carry them. Most of the areas I hunt, the brush is so thick, binos are pretty much useless. I was thinking of getting a small set of 10x25's.

I carry a 90-power spotting scope for those 85-yard bow shots at running deer . . .
Seriously, I have a pair of Bushnell 7-15x25's that works great for me.
Plenty bright at 7 power, but starts to get a little dark at 15.

Re: Do you carry binoculars?
I have been using a 8X40 Bushnell Legend binoch for about 10 years. I wear glasses and with the cups rolled back they have great eye relief. I have dropped em from 20 feet a couple times, drug em thru the mud/dirt/water/snow many times with no problems. Tuff binochs. Money well spent.
Re: Do you carry binoculars?
My old pair were hard to focus. I kinda felt like I was cockeyed so I would only open one eye. LOL. I did see deer that I never would have seen without them. I got the Leupold 8x42's and took them out yesterday and they are awesome! Where I hunt is mostly swamp and fairly thick woods but I think they really help a lot. Plus they give me something to do and help me to stay awake in my treestand. :0)

Generally, when I'm hunting here in LA I don't use them or I may bring my old pair of Bushnell 10x42's. When I hunt the midwest I try to bring along our good pair of bino's that my daughter typically uses for competition shooting....Leupold 8x42. They are incredibly clear.

Can anybody recommend a good quality pair of 10X25's that won't break a poor mans bank account?

I use The Bushnell Legend series 8X40. They are the best optics in their price range in my opinion. www.opticsplanet.net has excellent educational material on a variety of products as well as the basics of what to look for or consider given your unique situation.
