“The Barbour County WMA (Wildlife Management Area) was named one of the top public hunting areas in the nation by ‘Field & Stream’ magazine. Adam Pritchett (WMA Manager) and his staff have done a super job of managing the habitat.”

No argument here, ive had the privledge of stompin all over that place turkey hunting. My dad and grandad had a hunting camp down there in the 80's and hunted nothing but the management area and have killed some big deer. Me and my brother have been fortunate enough to hunt it for deer and turkey. he lived up the road from it so he hunted it alot killing several turkeys and a few deer. One of our states greatest and most productive pieces of public property and one of my favorite places to hunt. Smile
