I like a little tunage to get my hunt started. Depending on my mood, I like Ted Nugent's hunt music. It does vary though aome days country, some rock, some heavy metal. What do you all listen to?

I never listen to music on my way to my hunting area. I prefer to have my head clear and going over different possibilities of the hunt and area I'm going to be in. I.E. How am I going to get my first deer ever out by my self if I get one down. Rolling Eyes

That's a good point. Sometimes I travel to my hunting area in silence but I have already got plan A,B,C, AND D down and everything in order so that when I hit the ground I am cocked, clocked and ready to rock doc!

Usually just whatever I have been listening to the last few days in the CD player or on the radio. Of course, if I have company in the car, the music is rarely on, would rather discuss strategy and the days plan.

Years ago, I thought that hearing the song 3 am by Matchbox 20 on the radio during the ride out was a lucky charm. I would always kill a deer on days that I heard that driving out.

Wish it would get popular again 8^)
